Phone service has been restored to the SJVLS offices. Most core services have been restored, including Horizon, ValleyCat, database acceess, Internet access, email and file servers. Some wide area network issues are still unresolved, primarily branch data circuits that did not come back up when the core network was restored. System staff continue to work on resolving final issue in the WAN and servers and network connections for Fresno Co.

As of Monday evening, access to library web sites and Horizon services has been restored. Some library locations have regained full access to the network, while others are still experiencing connectivity problems. SJVLS is aware of the ongoing problems and will have those resolved as soon as possible.
SJVLS offices are still without telephone service.

Due to a failure of a core server, many SJVLS services are currently unavailable. Affected at this time are DNS services for some users/services, shared network drives, some personal file directories and some login profiles.

EBSCO Auto Repair Reference Center is working again. A representative from EBSCO Technical Support has notified me that the issue has been corrected and the A R R C interface should once again be fully functional.
