Meeting Rooms

The Tulare Public Library provides two types of meeting rooms for the public.

The Small Conference Room is available to the public free of charge for use during regular library hours. The maximum seating is 6 persons. A reservation may be scheduled for up to 2 weeks in advance. If a customer does not check in within 15 minutes after scheduled reservation, the time period may be allotted to someone else. Reservations may be scheduled at the Front Desk or by calling 559 - 685 - 2341.

The Centennial Room is available for public gatherings of a non-profit, civic, cultural, or educational character when the room is not being used for library related activities. The maximum seating is 85 persons. Groups using the Centennial Room need to end the meeting or program, and exit the meeting room, before the library's closing time. The rental fee is $15 per hour for the first 2 hours and then $7 per hour thereafter. For more information or to schedule a reservation for the Centennial Room call 559 - 685 - 2341.
