Library Services for Children
Tulare Public Library is pleased to offer preschool storytime every Monday at 10:15 a.m. and every Tuesday at 7:15 p.m., in the Library's Centennial Room. This ongoing program is geared to introduce children from 3 to 5 years to the library and to being part of a group. Regular activities include music, finger plays, flannel boards, and of course stories. While storytime is geared primarily for children from 3 to 5 years old, parents and children of all ages are welcome to attend. Teachers and children care providers are also invited to bring their children. If your group is larger than 10, we encourage you to contact the Library prior to your visit so we can accommodate everyone comfortably. Storytime lasts thirty to forty-five minutes.
