Library Advisory Board

Library Advisory Board members are appointed by the Tulare City Council for 2-year terms of service. They meet once a month, normally on the 3rd Monday at 4 p.m. in the Library Director's conference area. They advise the Library Director and the City Council on all matters pertaining to library services.
