Heartland Regional Library Network is a network of public, academic, school, and special libraries in Mariposa, Madera, Fresno, Tulare, Kings,and Kern Counties of California.

Infopeople project improves the quality of information access to the people of California by upgrading the skills, resources, and tools available throught libraries. The Infopeople Project is supported by the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act, administered in California by the State Librarian.
